How to run a coffeeshop on a profit?
1). Do not really heat up the milk in a machine. It consumes a lot of electicity. In stead serve the milk luke warm. The customer will finish the coffee quicker. (I told an owner and he became very angry!)
2). Use very little low quality FAKE coffee (this saves money in the long run). Serve this brown water with a small glass of FAKE orange juice and a cookie or chocolate on a large plate. Charge €0,60 extra.
